I’m Lou, the extremely grateful founder of Sea Haus.

Here’s a bit behind Sea Haus and why we’re here. I created Sea Haus as a platform for women to feel at home within their bodies, through movement, fun, laughter and the sea. All my classes, pop up events and retreats are designed for you to feel light, inspired and loved.

I feel the deepest sense of gratitude for this path and the trust you all have in me.
