I’m Lou, the founder of Sea Haus.

Sea Haus is a small-batch wellness brand inspired by the sea, movement, and the joy of being fully present in your body.

Our collections are designed to move with you, whether you’re basking in nature, flowing through yoga, or simply soaking in coastal life.

I’m a yoga instructor and retreat facilitator based in the Northern Rivers.
