Personalised Yoga & Breathwork
A gentle, intuitive flow designed to support your current emotional and physical needs—whether that’s to energise, release tension, or find stillness.
Supportive Conversation & Reflection
Space to check in, share how you’re feeling, and receive grounded guidance or simple wellbeing tools that can support you beyond the mat.
Mind-Body Reset
Each session ends with deep rest or guided relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system and create a sense of spaciousness and clarity.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just open to taking care of yourself in a deeper, more intentional way.
